How much does BBQ catering cost in Toronto and the GTA?
Most BBQ catering packages run between $24 and $46 per person depending on the menu and level of service. Our Classic BBQ Buffet starts at $24 per person, the Smokehouse Feast is $34, and the full live-fire Pitmaster Premium is $46. You always get a firm, all-in quote before booking — no surprise charges.
What is the minimum guest count for BBQ catering?
We cater events from about 25 guests up to several thousand. Smaller backyard parties and larger corporate or festival events are all welcome — just tell us your headcount and we'll build a menu and quote that fits.
Do you cook the BBQ on-site?
Yes. For most events we bring our smokers and grills and cook fresh on-site, filling your venue with that authentic wood-smoke aroma. For venues where live cooking isn't possible, we smoke everything at our facility and deliver it hot and ready to serve.
Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, halal and gluten-free options?
Absolutely. Every package can include grilled vegetable and plant-based mains, halal-certified meats, and gluten-free sides and sauces. Let us know your guests' dietary needs when you request a quote and we'll make sure everyone is taken care of.
How far in advance should I book BBQ catering?
For weddings and large corporate events we recommend booking 4–8 weeks ahead, especially in peak summer months. Smaller parties can often be arranged with 1–2 weeks' notice, and we sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — just ask.
What's included — do you provide staff, setup and cleanup?
Our full-service packages include professional serving staff, on-site cooking, all setup, and complete cleanup of the catering area. Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included; china, linens and bartending can be added on request.
